"The first night of our stay, we were entering the hotel from a side door, and I tripped on the entrance that was several inches above the ground. From above, it gives the impression that it's even with the ground, so it's really dangerous. I fell flat on my face, and I was bleeding from my nose and from several cuts near my eyes. I hope that you'll look into this situation, as it has caused me much pain and trauma. The door in question is near Room 101. Other than this problem, we really enjoyed our room. It was spacious, clean, and everything worked!"

"Was enrolled in a 8 day work related class and it was amazing being able to make a 15 minute drive to the hotel where I had a partial but functioning kitchen to make and prepare food for the week rather then going out for ever meal. Close to food stores. Would stay again and recommend to the co workers traveling there for a short or extended stay "

"Great holiday inn to stay at! 30 min from Newport. Mae at the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable. Even helped me print my tickets for Newport mansion tours. Breakfast delicious too. Yummy cinnamon rolls and mini cheese omelets. "
