"Beautiful hotel, centrally located. Hotel is owned and operated by locals. Cave rooms were super interesting to stay in. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful from the roof top terrace. "Elif Star was a great small hotel for our and a friend's two night trip to see Cappadocia. The rooms were pleasant, the water was hot, the bed comfortable, and breakfast sufficient.
