"Terribly unhygenic. There was dog poop in our room from a previous guest that my partner stepped in (we do not have/did not bring a dog). The hotel sent the front desk staff to wipe it off the carpet because they didn't have professional cleaning available. The hotel is also severely understaffed. ..."
