"Eine top Wohnung in sehr guter Lage in einem sehr gepflegten Umfeld. Da wir mit 2 Paaren anreisten, war insbesondere das Vorhandensein von 2 Bädern sehr von Vorteil. Dazu Dampfdusche, Sauna und Whirlpool - was will man mehr? Ein großer Balkon Richtung Trave rundete das Ganze noch ab. Diese Wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen, wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt."

"Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht. Was wir bekamen, hatte mit Deluxe wenig zutun. Statt Doppelbett haben wir 2 Schlafsofas die zusammen geschoben waren. Das Zimmer befand sich direkt unterm Dach mit 4 verschieden großen Dachfenster, die sich alle auf einer seite befand. Das Zimmer war ein langer Schlauch. Die Möbel waren zusammengewürfelt. "The hotel is perfectly located for the old city. We had the Deluxe Room and all the details were perfect - bathrobes, slippers, two sinks, huge shower and bath with luxurious toiletries. "ICE packs for medicine need to be placed in the freezer not the refrigerator. The front desk person was asked to place two ice packs into the hotel freezer so they would be ready for our journey back home. They were not frozen in the morning and expensive medicine had to be disposed of. Train your front staff better please. Do as the customer asks."
