Living right on the lake

Amid the Leipziger Neuseenland, located right on the lagoon of the Hainer lake, you will find our holiday house Casa Franke.
We rent this house with its own lakeside terrace, private jetty and bathing platform. The house has three floors (ground, 1st u. 2nd floor) with a total living area of ​​130sqm. Each room has a direct view of the lake and terrace. The ground floor houses the living and dining room with views of the lagoon and a cozy fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with stove / oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and a washing machine. Kettle and coffeemaker complete your comfort. A guest toilet is on the ground floor available.
The first floor has a generously proportioned bathroom with bathtub, rainforest shower and toilet. Each of the two guest rooms is equipped with satellite TV, box spring bed / bunk bed and wardrobe. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A beautiful bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room is located on the top floor.

Ein perfekter und entspannter Urlaub
Wir hatten zwar auch viel Glück mit dem Wetter und den Nachbarn - aber: Die FeWo ist ideal ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr moderne und luxuriöse Einrichtung, eben nicht nur die aller nötigsten Utensilien, sondern viel Sonderausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Von Waschmaschine über Grill, Stand Up Paddel, Sauna alles vorhanden. Schöne Aussicht über den See vom gesamten Haus. Kleine Mängel war die Sauberkeit. Zahlreiche Haare aufen Polstermöbel und die Küchenschränke müssten auch dringend mal grundgesäubert werden. Klimaanlage in der 3. Etage funktionierte leider nicht. Abfluss der Dusche musste von uns in Ordnung gebracht werden. Funktionierte leider nicht. Hätte bei der Reinigung eigentlich auffallen müssen. Aber alles in allem sehr netter Vermieter, tolles Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne Urlaubswoche
Das Haus liegt in sehr guter Lage direkt am See und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Mit dem Tretboot am anliegenden Steg haben wir mit den Kindern sehr oft eine Runde auf dem See gedreht. Die vorhandene Waschmaschine ist sehr praktisch und auch die restliche Ausstattung hat uns gefallen. Extras wie einen Grill und eine Tischtennisplatte wurden gern genutzt. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter, mit ihm war die Kommunikation einwandfrei.

Wenn ich den See seh brauch ich kein Meer mehr
Super tolles Haus, von jeder Etage Blick auf den See. Modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Besonderes Highlight war das hauseigene Tretboot. Ruhe und Natur drum herum und man ist in 30 min in der Innenstadt von Leipzig.

Entspannte Pfingstferien am Hainer See
Traumhafte Lage direkt am See. Wir haben die Touren mit dem Tretboot genossen und uns sehr über die 2 Schwimmwesten gefreut (unser 6-jähriger will erst noch ein sicherer Schwimmer werden). Wir saßen stundenlang auf der Terrasse und haben auf den See geschaut. Bis mittags gibt es dort Sonne, danach wird es angenehm kühl. Enten, Gänse und Schwäne kamen mit ihren Küken vorbeigeschwommen. Das Ferienhaus hat eine "wie zuhause" Ausstattung. Es fehlt nicht mal der Eierschneider. Gastronomie ist in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. "Magdalenas Garten" hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Alle Fragen wurden vom Vermieter schnell und hilfreich beantwortet. Wir hatten eine rundum gelungene und entspannte Woche.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern, gepflegt und besticht durch den super Ausblick auf den See über drei Balkone/Terassen. Mit dem hauseigenen Tretboot kann man die Seenlandschaft erkunden. Wir haben nichts vermisst dank der sehr guten Ausstattung, besonders den frisch gemahlenen und gebrühten Kaffee aus dem Jura-Kaffeevollautomaten genossen. Ein Vollautomat ist ja eher nicht Standard in Ferienhäusern. Man kann das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
