"Overall the hotel itself was nice with lots of amenities if you're traveling with kids. However, at the same time the hotel doesn't have a clear niche. While pictures and amenities display it for kids atmosphere within the main hotel is quite different. Lobby/bar area was always over crowded with drinking adults. We even repeatedly had drunk adults knocking on our room door whilst trying to find their own. Additionally reception was terrible; waited 45 minutes to be checked in as there was only one receptionist & they placed priority on arriving travel buses rather than guest who had been waiting."
