"Quiet couple that wanted to relax at the beach we booked 5 days and was put on middle floor next to elevator where it was super noisy the whole time. Asked for a room switch to top floor and was told they would try and never heard back. Zero noise enforcement. Kids running up and down hallway all day. Homeless dude living in his car allowed on property. Weed smoke everywhere. People hanging out in hallways loud. No good sleep . Ran out of towels. When asked for towels said they were out and too busy to get us some. Definitely never staying here again. Disappointing after staying there for about 7 years. All manager does is smoke cigarettes all day. Free breakfast is 2 stars. You hear everyone above you and next to you. Good luck relaxing here. "

"Called front desk around 2pm to see if they had a room ready. Front desk girl told me no and to come back after 4pm. Then I proceeded to tell her I would be in a poker tournament at the casino the whole day and I won’t be able to check in til late night. She said that’s fine you can check in anytime. If you show up after midnight I just neee to ring the bell to get in. I was done gambling around 4am and went to the hotel to check in and was told they gave my room away because I didn’t show up in time. Not only did I not get a room and had to sleep in my car I was charged 3/4 of my hotel reservation cost with no refund. I’m never going back there again. Both the front desk girls during the day and at night was unprofessional. "

"We always love staying here when we come to Lincoln City. Not only is it always clean, the views are amazing, staff goes above and beyond, they’re super pet friendly with little welcome bag dog treats and a perfect pet relief turfed area and the pool is always clean which is a plus! "

"This was a great property that we will definitely come back to and friends will be booking too. I do not give 5 stars for cleanliness ever, but this house was spotless when we arrived. The host is in contact with you communicating all along the way. He even gave us an early check in and late check out without us even asking. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need (not the case in other homes we rented) even spices. There’s plenty of space inside and outside with decks. Hopefully we’ll use the outdoor space more the next time. Beach access is close and easy in a tranquil setting. We made lots of family memories for our Spring Break with much needed R&R. You won’t regret booking this home for your vacation. Thanks Norm!"

"This lovely cabin was exceptionally clean, well maintained, tastefully appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with essentials. Host Roger was kind, flexible, and prompt to respond to questions. The view of the not-too-distant ocean and accompanying sounds were soothing and spectacular. The only caveat is that the outside stairs shown in the picture are not the ones needed to climb up to the actual living space. So seniors or those with disabilities could have challenges carrying everything up and down. [That staircase is mentioned in the full description, however] The beds are also quite high off the floor, another factor for some folks to consider. But overall, a very comfy and cozy retreat!"

"Kitchen was well stocked. Views were amazing! The hot tub was clean and a wonderful addition. Our messages to host were promptly answered. Definitely recommend. Kids and adults enjoyed the ping pong table and the pool table, and the nice TV screen."
