"First off stunning views .Great for multiple people .Kitchen had everything you want .It was just my wife and I .So it was a little much .The blinds didnt work in the main bedroom so that was frustrating.There was black mold in upstairs by fireplace ..We just got home after staying 3 nights 4 days . .Overall .We are happy .Some minor fixes in the house are definitely needed ."

"It was a bit smaller than we expected, which was actually perfect for my sister and I. But.” sleeps 4” was not 4 adults. It was two adults and two children as the second bed was a twin with a trundle underneath. All very comfortable very very nicely organized, clean, and a beautiful space. The walk to the beach was amazing, through a wetland wildlife area. And you could walk right into ” town” also… Which consists of one store (mercantile ) & one restaurant, both good. A great place to relax, rest & find solitude."

"Excellent views, great property. We had some difficulty accessing the key, but fortunately the cleaning crew let us in. Also, one window covering upstairs has a broken string, so couldn’t open. Little complaints, though. Overall a great stay! "

"We stay on the Oregon coast 1-2 times a year & always look for a new place we love. The most important thing to us is location & a balcony with a great view. If I were to give stars for this it would be 5. We want it to feel inviting & fairly clean. We don't need a lot. This particular unit needs more attention to these details. You could tell it had been cleaned, but it was musty. I think the blankets needed washing, also the extras in the closest.The kitchen is well appointed, but had only 3 teaspoons & 15 dinner knives & 2 ceramic coffee cups. The couch has ripped upholstery. I found an old shredded bath mat was under the sink. There are no handles in the tub showers, although there are some old slip mats available. I think there are some better options in this building for next time & I do hope that someone will take some time to care for this unit & make it as nice as some of the others. I realize it is hard to keep good cleaners from afar and also,being by the sea can make it difficult to keep up on things, but I could really feel that this places is not getting the care it deserves & I hope that it will. We will definitely return to this area & another unit in the building rented by this company, as I do recognize that this company has some nicer ones. Maybe it was just acquired & will eventually be fixed up a bit. Since the location was so lovely we were able to over look a lot of these things for only 2 nights & spend a lot of time on the balcony & the beach."

"Katie is an amazing host and helped us all the way with a minor alarm system issue. We wish the entire back yard was fenced for our pup, Tucker. It was not. Appears to be an easy enhancement to us. Otherwise go there!!"

"Loved this place -- easy quick walk to the beach, roomy and comfortable house, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils (including coffee pot and toaster), and a great location. Loved that we could bring our little dogs and no extra pet fees. Made us feel very welcome."

"This was a great property that we will definitely come back to and friends will be booking too. I do not give 5 stars for cleanliness ever, but this house was spotless when we arrived. The host is in contact with you communicating all along the way. He even gave us an early check in and late check out without us even asking. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need (not the case in other homes we rented) even spices. There’s plenty of space inside and outside with decks. Hopefully we’ll use the outdoor space more the next time. Beach access is close and easy in a tranquil setting. We made lots of family memories for our Spring Break with much needed R&R. You won’t regret booking this home for your vacation. Thanks Norm!"
