"This was a great property that we will definitely come back to and friends will be booking too. I do not give 5 stars for cleanliness ever, but this house was spotless when we arrived. The host is in contact with you communicating all along the way. He even gave us an early check in and late check out without us even asking. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need (not the case in other homes we rented) even spices. There’s plenty of space inside and outside with decks. Hopefully we’ll use the outdoor space more the next time. Beach access is close and easy in a tranquil setting. We made lots of family memories for our Spring Break with much needed R&R. You won’t regret booking this home for your vacation. Thanks Norm!"

"This lovely cabin was exceptionally clean, well maintained, tastefully appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with essentials. Host Roger was kind, flexible, and prompt to respond to questions. The view of the not-too-distant ocean and accompanying sounds were soothing and spectacular. The only caveat is that the outside stairs shown in the picture are not the ones needed to climb up to the actual living space. So seniors or those with disabilities could have challenges carrying everything up and down. [That staircase is mentioned in the full description, however] The beds are also quite high off the floor, another factor for some folks to consider. But overall, a very comfy and cozy retreat!"

"Kitchen was well stocked. Views were amazing! The hot tub was clean and a wonderful addition. Our messages to host were promptly answered. Definitely recommend. Kids and adults enjoyed the ping pong table and the pool table, and the nice TV screen."

"Gorgeous location and comfortable home -Neskowin Beach Vacations and host Grey Fox made it a great trip! Well-stocked kitchen; lots of books, games and puzzles; fun game room. Quiet and peaceful beach. Spacious house, the living room and hot tub have a great view. King bed has a very firm mattress. Would love a mattress topper option for that bed in the future. No shampoo or conditioner in the house but otherwise well stocked with soap, towels, etc. "
