"great location, comfortable, clean & fair price. The separate bedroom suite was very roomy and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast; hard boiled cold eggs, waffles, toast, bagels, mini muffins, coffee, juice and oranges. There were a couple of things that obviously needed maintenance. The TV stand in the bedroom was broke and had to be propped up with a book in order not to follow for onto the floor. Also the toilet seat finish was peeling in large pieces making it uncomfortable and unsanitary. The king size room would benefit with a bench or chair and some additional lightning."

"Parking was easy and very close to rooms according to where you are staying at, the rooms are large and comfortable, very clean and relaxing shower and bathtub. The breakfast was amazing and the staff accommodated everything to the people staying there. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly while maintaining professionalism and extremely helpful. This is definitely somewhere we will stay again!! We loved it!!!"

"Pros:Great location. Very short walk (about two slightly sloping blocks) to easy beach trail.Lots of space. Big living room/kitchen/dining are upstairs. Roomy bedrooms. Large game room.Furniture in good condition.Kids loved the game room tables. Many puzzles (some with missing pieces) and board games available.Many sand/beach toys available at the house.Nice partial view of beach from upstairs living areas.Big wrap around deck.Big hot tub (water level was a bit low and a bit of sand in it when we got there).Well stocked kitchen. Good selection of equipment and staples. (but could use a pizza cutter and ice cream scoop)Cons:Safety Issues:-NO lock on hot tub.-Large sliding mirror doors in upstairs queen bedroom is off lower tracks and very wobbly.Cleaning:-All area rugs and inside stairs carpet very overdue for shampooing.-Outside of big upstairs windows outside were very grimy. We had to wipe them down to see clearly.-Note left by laundry indicates that bedspreads are not to be laundered. Seems to indicate that they are not washed between guests.-Guests expected to leave no more than 2 loads of laundry (or will be charged an extra cleaning fee). With linens from 5 beds, towels from 3 bathrooms and hot tub towels for up to 10 people that means guests are expected to do many loads of laundry in while packing up to leave.-240 cleaning fee but long list of cleaning tasks for guests to complete before leaving."
