Kjøkken utstyrt for selvhushold: Stort kjøleskap med egen fryser, koketopp med 4 plater, stekeovn, oppvaskmaskin, vannkoker og kaffetrakter.
Soverom 1: 1 dobbeltseng (150cm bred). Soverom 2: 1 dobbeltseng (140cm bred). Soverom 3 (på hemsen): 2 dobbeltsenger (140cm brede).
Bad 1: Dusj og toalett, sauna. Bad 2: Dusj og toalett, vaskemaskin.
Grunnflate på 70kvm og en hems på 40 kvm. Kjøkken med spiseplass til 10 personer. Stue med TV og internett. Peisovn. Egen TV-skjerm oppe på hemsen. Veranda. Skotørker. Egen låsbar bod med varme. Rolig beliggenhet med sol hele dagen.
