"They stay was great like last time, maybe the room service between day 1 and 2 could be better. Rest of the stay the conditions were good. Dinner was kind of expensive for a limited buffet. Parking was a disaster. They lack control of which car is parked where. We had cars parked on handicapped spots, on charging without charging, took 2 spots with 1 car and other places that they shouldn't. 9 out of 10 car that didn't follow the customs were Danish or Swedish. Resolve the indoor/garage parking...

"the location is great near shopping centre and walkable to the main town by the waterside. staff are friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent too. downside was room lacks of basic facilities like kettle and no telephone to contact reception if you need something. also no free park on site but was easy enough to park and pay. good for an overnight stay. "The hotel was great and loved the location near the ski jumps and soccer fields. It very much captured the Olympic vibe. Close to walking trails and to walk to town. The included breakfast was very good. It had a very nice lounge so you could relax outside your room. The shower, as in most of Norway, was small and leaked a bit. "

"While we ultimately enjoyed our stay at a two-bedroom cottage, we were upset that the additional charge for bed linens and towels was not transparent at the time of booking. We travel on a budget and did not expect an extra charge on top of the rate for the night. They charge 140kr per person for bed linens and towels. You will get an email about this AFTER you make a reservation. There is also a charge for cleaning, which is quite high, but we found this easy to avoid if you agree to tidy up...
