Lovely location and very quiet. Breakfast was nice. We slept very well . Personally I didn‘t care for all the dead animals on display, I like animals to be alive. Otherwise I recommend this hotel.

Not able to check-in even though it was paid

I wasn’t able to check-in with them after waiting for an hour for someone to show up at the front desk. The property is supposed to be a 24-hour front desk. Not only was our experience awful and stressful, and we had to find a new hotel in the middle of nowhere and in the middle of the night (the nearest hotel was an hour away), but our experience with hotels.com and the support staff was even worse and completely unprofessional. Very disappointed with hotels.com

Very disappointing hotel not a 4star hotel.

We were looking forward to our visit, but were left somewhat disappointed. The hotel is very tired and in need of renovating. The room didn’t have the facilities advertised with no coffee tea making facilities or kettle. (With an expectation you buy a coffee for 55NOK!) Decoration was very worn and poorly done. Door handles for the terrace coming away from door. Bathroom was actually a very very small wet room. So everything in the room got wet when you showered. Beds were old and had gone soft so not that comfortable. No bedding provided for the sofa bed. The staff were doing their best. They were always polite and responsive. The food in the restaurant was good but didn’t match the menu? Breakfast was good but choice was a little limited. Only one Tesla charger available so unable to charge my car as another person in a Tesla was plugged in for entirety of our stay. Overall a disappointing visit not what we were expecting for a junior suite! The photos used on the website are misleading and do the best job I have seen in making the place look modern and fresh. It isn’t. Not the standard you expect of BW and of a 4 star hotel. (At best 2 stars)

Gammelt og slitt. Umulig å låse seg inn på rommet . Veldig lite bad. Stygg tapet på veggene Dyr og dårlig mat . To muligheter for middag. Veldig rar mat, med brunsvidd kjøtt fra kinn på oksehode. Sikkert billig å anskaffe. Lite mat , og tilbehør. Ikke grstis kaffe. Lite pålegg til frokost, men god vaffel. Middagen var altfor kostbar, i forhold til hva det var , og lite valgmuligheter.

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Hotellet var rent och trevligt, personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten var helt okej och hade det man behöver för en bra start på dagen. I övrigt fungerade allt mycket bra. Härligt utsikt från hotellet.

Gode senger, koselig og hjelpsomt personale, dårlig frokost, inntørket skinke og hvitost, svett salami, bacon men ikke stekt egg, kokt egg var over done. Smør pakker som var steinhardt så ikke smørevennlig. Pluss for dyrevennlig. Langt fra Nesbyen og vi var plaget med sauer med store bjeller utenfor rommet.

Mellomlanding på Ranten.

De beste puter og dyner i dobbeltsengen. Rimelig pris for et fint rom med egen sovealkove. Maten i restauranten var sånn passe; biff Stroganoff, ikke mørt kjøtt. Maten var lunken, både kjøtt og potetmos, men med god smak. Den andre hovedretten med laks minnet om en suppe eller fiskegryte blandet med potetmos i en lite tiltrekkende blanding. Men god smak. Ingen norsktalende i personalet.
