Pros: Sentirnos como en casa, comodidad, limpieza, tranquilidad y privacidad. Cons: Tengo un problema de ciática y tantas escaleras suponían un esfuerzo extra. Pero eso no es problema de la propiedad, es realmente un problema personal.
