The lounge area with a wood burning stove and large windows lookout to beautiful ever changing views across the valley. The dining area is furnished with a modern table and seating for four people . Bedroom one has a double bed and wardrobe plus bedside table. Bedroom two has two single beds, wardrobe and bedside table The bathroom is fully equipped with a high quality shower unit, WC and basin. There is a designated covered parking space immediately outside the main entrance door. Distance to gondola: 5 minute walk or free shuttle bus opposite apartment (bus journey time 2 minutes)


Nendaz is a wonderful location for both summer and winter. There is a wide range of activities throughout the seasons that will suit all ages and abilities. The region is the sunniest in Switzerland and it has experienced excellent snow conditions in recent years. Nendaz welcomes families and has excellent facilities within the village.

From the valley floor to the summit of Mont-Fort. Ancient villages, a picturesque mill and charming Chapels dot the country-side. Nendaz has its own culture and history.The local people are proud of their heritage and wonderful surroundings and welcome visitors to share in their local celebrations held both in the summer and winter seasons. Authentic products and regional dishes can be enjoyed in a number of excellent restaurants throughout the village along with the delicious wines from the region. Excellent stay

Fantastic place to stay for a week. Well equipped with super facilities. Apartment was home from home, the view from the balcony is wonderful and the pool excellent. The apartment is close to all amenities in Nendaz - shops, supermarkets, cable car, tennis courts and outside pool also plenty of walks from the door.

Excellent stay, highly recommended!

Great apartment with excellent location for ski lift (short walk) and park immediately in front in clear view from balcony - perfect for watching children safely play. Very helpful owners who provided local pointers for our stay and helped with discounts for ski hire. Indoor pool and sauna was also perfect for after ski relaxation. Highly recommended! A great place!

We spent a perfect week in this very nice, big and quiet apartment with our 4 years old boy. The view from the apartment is really wonderful and the furniture of the apartment is very nice. Location close to the telecabine Le Tracouet, a big and nice swimming pool and a sauna in the building, a trail for luge just in front, our little kid was more than happy! We liked it very much and we'll come back here as soon as possible!

Great apartment, conveniently located for the main ski lift, shops and restaurants. All mod-cons and very comfortable for 4 adults. The pool and sauna were a real treat after a hard day skiing. Under cover parking and lift access make it very easy to access the apartment with all your luggage. Denis the owner was always quick in responding to any query and extremely helpful, proving lots of information about the area and local events. We would have no hesitation recommending this apartment

Just Wonderful!!!

We had a super fabulous week at Denis and Marion’s lovely apartment. Location is ideal - magic carpet and sledding right out front - easy walk to the funicular up to the main gondola - and easy to get to supermarket/town/restaurants. Very convenient. Apartment is super clean and well equipped. Bedrooms are small but 100% adequate. Beds and pillows all comfortable. Building-wise - the covered parking was perfect and easy- and the pool/sauna facilities are top rate. Kids loved the pool and we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna (which has a glass window so you can watch your kids in the pool at the same time). :)Denis and Marion are super responsive and gave us all the info we could need. We couldn’t have asked for more!Thanks for the lovely stay - I expect we will be back!

PARFAIT !!!

Séjour magnifique d'une semaine en été. L'appartement est très bien aménagé, très propre et dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin ; on est comme chez soi. Il est idéalement placé (à quelques minutes à pied des commerces, d'une aire de jeux pour enfants, d'un terrain de beach volley, d'un funiculaire permettant d'accéder aux télécabines...) avec un parking couvert au pied de l'ascenseur le desservant. La vue sur le balcon est magnifique et l'on peut se poser très facilement pour manger et partager un verre. Que dire de la piscine, du sauna et des transats qui sont un pur bonheur après des randonnées le long des bisses (facilement accessibles). Et un très grand merci à Denis et Marion, nos hôtes, qui sont bienveillants et qui ont tout fait pour nous donner toutes les infos nécessaires très rapidement pour que notre séjour se déroule le mieux possible. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Pascal.

Super vacances en famille. L'appartement était propre et très fonctionnel. Le propriétaire répondait vite s'il y avait des demandes et les indications qu'il a donné étaient faciles à comprendre. Le seul point négatif était que des voisins étaient très bruyants jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit. nuit.

Amazing place to stay in Nendaz

Everything was excellent: The apartment (clean bright and a huge balcony with amazing views) the location, the check-in, communication with the owner, the indoor pool...I highly recommend this place for a summer stay or a ski vacation, it takes a few minutes to get to the télécabine. The Coop supermarket is also a few minutes walk.

Excellent appart sans vis-à-vis au coeur de la station. Tout est possible à pied comme en voiture.

Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur appartement vraiment top et bien situé. La literie était particulièrement appréciable. Tout le confort dans l'appartement avec en plus l'accès à la piscine de la copropriété. Place de parking privé! Vraiment top!

EXCELLENTE Semaine Sereine à NENDAZ

Aucune déception tant la réalité est conforme à l'annonce. Amoureux de la détente bienfaitrice de la montagne, nous avons pu passer en Famille une excellente semaine reposante dans cet appartement récent très confortable, très bien entretenu, tout comme la Résidence en elle même. Tous nos repas sur la Terrasse avec Vraie Vue à 180° sur les montagnes, Piscine couverte de Qualité avec Sauna, Parking couvert. A pied de tous les commerces. Nous n'avons qu'une envie: y retourner skier l'hiver. Enfin, nous ne manquerons pas de signaler les excellents échanges avec Denis et Marion, propriétaires "aux petits soins" de leurs locataires, avant, pendant et après le séjour, Merci à eux.

Amazing trip

Loved our stay in nendaz, the apartment was clean and comfortable, views from the balcony amazing. Often had the swimming pool to ourselves, which our boys enjoyed. Location was perfect, recommend the bisse walks, cable car to mont fort, walking to the cleuson dam and swimming in the lake in Sion, all stunningly beautiful. Denis went out of his way to be helpful, quick to answer any questions. Would come again

Superbe séjour... avec vue...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille! L'appartement est idéalement situé (accès à pied aux commerces et à de nombreux chemins de rando), spacieux, bien équipé... et la vue sur les montagnes est superbe. L'accès à la piscine et au sauna constitue un + très apprécié par les petits... comme par les grands. Communication simple, fluide et réactive avec Denis dont les indications précieuses et la gentillesse ont contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.

Beautiful Views of Switzerland

Great communication beforehand with the owners. We found the apartment to be spotlessly clean. The area was beautiful to explore and the local tourist office was very helpful. The swimming pool in the building was super and we enjoyed it tremendously. The only thing we would improve is to have access to a small outside grill or bbq and perhaps a clothes rack for your swimming costume and towels to dry on. Otherwise this apartment and the English TV channels is just brilliant and we would highly recommend it to others.
