Nelson Heritage Home

Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is located right in the heart of Nelson city in a quiet, leafy area, only a five minute walk from the CBD. It was built in the 1930’s and renovated in the 1970’s. The architectural design, ambient lighting and bespoke furnishings and decor give the house a restorative, tranquil feel. There is a private garden that hosts a variety of fruit trees, flowers, vegetables and a beehive.

This home is heated by heat pumps and a very effective wood burner. The house gets plenty of sun and is warm and comfortable in winter.

The house is smoke and vape free and is available for rent between May and mid August for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 12 weeks.
