Silver Sands - Beautiful Penthouse-level Beachside Apartment

Silver Sands is situated in the prestigious 'The Sands' complex directly opposite Tahunanui Beach. Just minutes walk from cafes, boutique bars & popular eateries, playgrounds, mini-golf, sackrides, go-karting & more.

This is a stunning Beachside Apartment overlooking the silver sands of Tahunanui Beach & the sparkling waters of Tasman Bay & offering wonderful comfort & excellent amenity - ideal for couples, traveling friends & families.

**Special conditions & notes**:

- No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. Our General Terms & Conditions and the Building's standard Body Corporate & House Rules apply.

- Car parking - dedicated secure garaging is provided for up to 2 standard vehicles. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m.

- Elevator access - easy elevator access is provided.

- Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated for your comfort.

- Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building.

- Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased. Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).

- Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

Overall, excellent

Location, cleanliness, comfort were excellent. Encountered a slight problem ith the refrigerator not working. Called property manager tohave them look at it, but never heard back from them. Fixed the problem ourselves.

Fabulous location

A fabulous location with excellent meet and greet. The layout of the apartment worked well especially with three bathrooms. The apartment could benefit with more basic essentials given the cost of the rental.

Fantastic location with great views

We loved our stay at this penthouse apartment. It was very well equipped and comfortable. We had various visitors stay for brief visits and all were impressed. Being so close to the beach meant we could pop across the road for a walk or a swim. Having two parking spots made it easy to accommodate visitors and cafes, restaurants and bakeries nearby were great. Highly recommended.

Beautiful appartment

Fabulous views and amazingly clean and comfortable apartment. Road is close by and busy but we didn't notice any noise in the main. Clise to Nekson town centre too. Lovely stay
