My stay at the Ocean cliff hotel limited was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Was welcomed with a refreshing drink and shoulder massage. I loved everything about this hotel the food, entire staff ,spacious clean room the comfortable bed and the walk-in shower.

Im so happy to have found this beautiful property. Staff from the gate to the front desk, the restaurant and the amazing staff. Please know that this was a blessing for me and my husband. It was a peace of mind and we are forever grateful. Massage was awesome Janell thank you. Alison her spirit was uplifting and Vanessa has a beautiful smile. Keep Mr Veron a very humble man. Ricky and the other fornt deak young lady took care of our needs. Also Thank you Dennis our taxi from Java tours he was patient and flexible. Blessings forever. We will be back. Typical West Negril Hotel. Food and service are their sweet spot. Unable to jump from cliffs into the water like other hotels or nearby ricks cafe. Slightly isolated and secluded from Negril. Hotel is comfortable, restaurant has great food. Restaurant also caters to locals as a food destination. Cost is a bit much for what you get.

The property is on the west side of Negril and is nice & quiet; it is also adults only and a key reason we chose it. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained and the rooms/bungalows are relatively new and in excellent shape. The staff were universally friendly and helpful. The restaurant lived up to the hype and everything we had was delicious. It was a little quiet in the restaurant but we didn't care as we had our pick of tables set out overlooking the sea - but it's too bad more guests didn't take advantage of the great food. We also ate lunch at the gazebo bar overlooking the sea every day and loved it. The saltwater pool is really nice and the hotel features elevated "beaches' with loungers and canvas covers for shade. The only thing we didn't like was the over-zealous use of plastic straws, especially given the proximity to the sea; time to switch to paper!

It was during the off season so it was very quiet and peaceful which is what we absolutely wanted, we will most definitely recommend to our friends/family and we will be back!
