The Space:
The home is a shotgun style (you have to go through middle bedroom to access the back bedroom). When you first walk in you're greeted with a massive living space that includes a fully equipped kitchen, 58 inch smart TV, comfortable couch that can fold out into a larger bed and dining table for four.

The first bedroom includes a twin bed and dresser/desk.

Stay connected with reliable high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. Whether you need to work remotely or share your adventures on social media, we've got you covered.

Thoughtfully furnished throughout, the apartment makes mountain life easy so you can focus on enjoying the town and beautiful outdoors Nederland has to offer.

Guest Access:
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. There is keyless entry providing seamless check-in.

Getting Around:
The apartment is located right downtown so if you only plan on being around town you will not need to rely on much transportation. There are a few buses that go to Eldora but we do recommend having a car here to get the most of the town and surrounding areas.
