Guest Access:

✓ The garage is unavailable to guests as it is used as a owners storage area.

✓Guest must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
✓PET FEE $150 (1 PET)
✓The home is located in a neighborhood which has a noise ordinance and leash law in effect. The mountain communities have spectacular night sky views as well, and we request that lighting, noise and leash laws be respected for neighbors. The driveway is maintained by a 3rd party when there is 4` or more of snowfall. Snow removal is the responsibility of the guest on the back patio.
✓We require all guests to complete a short pre-arrival form, which includes signing our rental agreement and providing basic contact details.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of overnight guests is 10. Please do not exceed this limit.

Primary Renter Age: The primary renter must be 25 years or older.

Events: Events are allowed, including family gatherings and weddings, with a maximum of 15 attendees. Only with specific permission.

Pets: One (1) dog is allowed on the property. A pet fee is required.

Children: Children of all ages are allowed. The following age groups are welcome: 0-2 years, 3-12 years, and 13-17 years.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

Fire Pit: The fire pit is available for guest use.

Furniture Movement: No furniture can be moved. A $500 charge will be applied for any furniture moved for any reason.
