"This place was perfect for us. It was very clean, has AC, and in a nice gated property (although it doesn’t feel unsafe outside). It was very walkable to a few dining areas and a shopping centre. What makes this place also great was Kate! She was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. She even brought treats for my girls and drove us from and back to the airport. Would definitely recommend this place!"

Air-con in all bedrooms and the lounge room and constant hot running water. The service was impeccable and so friendly. I felt safe and welcomed. "For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. "

I contacted Expedia team via Virbo and customer care team assured me that all was well. When I got to the property area around it was dirty . To top it off place was occupied by someone else . I booked over 3 months in advance and my payment was taken. I called virbo again and they tried to contact host but wasn’t able to reach . The Expedia team via virbo customer care...

"The inside of the house was not comfortable and not clean.. aircons were not working,and could not sleep well. dirty walls in the kitchen. bathrooms and toilets.and no t,v the whole outlook was not to our expectation as shown on the photos. we had to leave the place and look for another one.. the accormmodation could do with an update."
