"We initially stayed for 3 days and decided to extend for more than a week. Expecting that service and facility will improve . The apartment is ok which we appreciated.
What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing trip became unnecessarily stressful.
Check-in and support are also problematic. When something goes wrong, it becomes very difficult to resolve because the hotline is extremely hard to reach and slow to respond. For a company that relies entirely on digital access, reliable and efficient customer service should be a top priority—but unfortunately, that was not our experience.

"Really friendly staff from arrival to departure. Good sized, well equipped rooms with really comfy beds. Having free tea available in the lobby 24/7 is also a great touch."
"Always had a warm welcome when passing reception and the staff were happy to help. Good breakfast selection but maybe a little over priced. Rooms were spacious and clean. "
Holiday Inn - the niu, Dwarf Berlin Schöneberg by IHG
8/10 Good
"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel to the banhof was ideal. Rooms were up to date with features like USB ports, bluetooth, and cast/stream from your phone to TV. Breakfast was great, there was something for everyone and there is 24/7 snack or coffee service in the lobby. If you are like me and need a cup of coffee before you're dressed, I would recommend bringing your own
travel size coffee maker or French press and coffee as it was truly the only thing in the room that I have come to expect but didn't have. "
"The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable although a bit warm as couldn't get the aircon right. But overall hotel was good & plenty of nice restaurants in the area."
