"We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Right across the street from Termini station. The area is a little rough, but all the people we met around there were very nice and didn't have any issues. There is so many great food options within walking distance. The hotel was a gem. For the price we got a much higher quality experience than expected. The staff was wonderful and greeted you as you would come and go. The breakfast was awesome, and on a roof terrace with pretty good views of the city. The room could have used a little attention, some broken trim items and the shower spilled a lot of water on the floor, but the shower pressure was amazing! The beds were firm but very comfortable and the room was a very good size. AC was ok, it could have gone lower but it was comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep. we would absolutely stay here again!"

"Room was cleaned and changed every day; fresh towels etc. Air Con was thankfully working well the entire time. Mattress was memory foam and I slept well on it, though at first the hard board under the mattress took a bit of getting used to. The morning staff member was very welcoming and helpful; the evening staff not so much. Breakfast was OK, nothing special; cold meats and cheese etc with some focaccia, croissants etc. Would’ve liked freshly squeezed OJ but not available. Staff kindly offered to make me a fresh cappuccino. Overall the hotel was grand if you’re just looking something cheap and cheerful to lay your head at night. In need of new decor; rooms were dated and furniture felt a bit tired but as mentioned, everything was very clean just felt in need of refurbishment. Runner on main staircase looked and felt like it was 20-30 years old and in dire need of replacement. There are many, many other hotels about the area, but if you’re on a budget and plan to be out all day it’s perfectly acceptable. About 20-30 mins walk to the main sights. It’s close to the Roma Termini (5 min walk) where the train for the Airport takes you to and there’s restaurants across the street and an excellent gelato place at the bottom of the street. Handy shop across for water etc, or a Carrefour just down the street. Overall felt very quiet and right next to an Opera Theatre. Overall it felt about 3 star ⭐⭐⭐"
