"Rooms were nice . Service was terrible . Should not harass customers threatening to give your rooms away before you check in snd demand payment before check in. His has never happened to me before. I felt threatened in this situation. "

"This was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. Check in was fine but the suite was severely neglected. The room had an odor, the floors were sticky, there was black mold on the ceilings, there were cobwebs everywhere, the smoke detector was sitting on the bathroom sink with the battery out of it, there was a large white mystery stain on the curtains, the tv did not work, and, to top it off we found a bedbug. We booked this hotel because they accepted dogs, but luckily we did not end up bringing our dog on this trip because we would not have wanted him laying on that hotel room floor, it was that bad!"

"It was fine for the few hours we were there to sleep after a concert. The shade on the window did not go all the way to block out the morning sun nor did it go up to let light in. The waterpark was not open for anyone's use while we were there (we were notified ahead of time) and the restaurant was not open either."
