Staff was great. It's a fun place to go. I was temporarily stuck in the bathroom and they were quick to find a solution also a new room. There's a few things that need fixing but it's one of the better hotels I have stayed at.

My family enjoyed the theming of the property and the water park. The room was a nice size although the bathroom was a bit small. The room was was clean and spacious. I also liked the rooms fridge size, and the microwave was handy. I would recommend staying at this property especially as a family.

It's a beautiful hotel within walking distance to the stadium. Love the arcade and pool! Rooms clean and staff friendly. Highly recommend!

Appeared to be a chlorine level spike in indoor hot tub causing spontaneous vomiting from a young boy and coughing and inability for my granddaughter to breathe. Saturday evening, January 17, 2026. 6 pm. We left the waterpark. Had arrived at 4 pm. Sunday, January 18, 9am. Checked the waterpark area for chlorine levels due to the fact that my granddaughter was afraid to return. Definitely difficult to breathe again and chose to leave the property without waterpark use. Very cool water in waterpark pools.
