"This place is a dump! Wow! The parking lot is full of garbage and homeless people living in cars. The hallways smell of piss and I’m not sure what else. An employee was walking the halls spraying air freshener as if that is going to help. That carpet needs to be ripped out. This was the smallest basic room I’ve ever stayed in. Two small pillows, no blackout curtains and you hear EVERYTHING in the hallway. We only needed somewhere to crash after a concert so I wasn’t too concerned but this place is trash and never ever again. I’m glad we didn’t come home with bed bugs."

"My family and I have stayed here multiple times over the past 3 years. We love this hotel! The only weird thing is there are no microwaves in the room. I would and have recommended people to stay here."

"It was fine for the few hours we were there to sleep after a concert. The shade on the window did not go all the way to block out the morning sun nor did it go up to let light in. The waterpark was not open for anyone's use while we were there (we were notified ahead of time) and the restaurant was not open either."
