"The hotel, Hilton Washington DC, was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious. We had the King Bed with the city view. The lobby is very inviting, and plenty of space to hang out. The bar has very good food and drinks. The bartenders were talkative and engaging with their customers. This hotel is in a great location for walking to the Tidal Basin, the museums, and the wharf. I would definitely stay in the Hilton Washington DC"

"I was given room keys to someone else’s room. When we tried to open the door, the key worked, but door was manually locked and there was someone already inside After switching to correct room, the hotel forgot to take down my card to cover incidentals. So what did they do to get me down to put down my card? Just locked me out of my room altogether to get me to come to the front desk The hotel was great/beautiful. But the way things were handled were the opposite. Probably the strangest hotel experience I’ve had in my life"
