"The rooms are very clean and comfortable in every way. The fixtures in the bathroom are a bit dated, but everything is clean and in perfect working order. The staff is unbelievably polite and helpful. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is absolutely wonderful with great, attentive service. I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation."

"Very modern and well kept hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great water pressure and the rain drop shower head was a nice added feature. Friendly staff, you are always greeted when arriving or leaving the hotel. The hotel has a small lounge/bar which was nice. Drinks are limited, but the bartender and servers are friendly. Hotel is in a good location, Zone 10 is safe area to walk around. Many restaurants and malls within walking distance (10-15 minutes in all directions). We felt safe being out at night as there were always people out walking around. If you plan a tour, most will pick up right at this hotel or the one directly across the street. The Oakland Mall is the biggest, most modern mall we have ever seen. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in this part of the city. "
