The Blue Door Bungalow

The bungalow is a perfect alternative to a hotel room with an updated little kitchen and bathroom all in a cozy 350 sqft. space. It is part of a duplex but has it's own private entrance and fenced private outdoor space. Located in an urban up-and-coming neighborhood of San Diego (some houses still need some love and updating in the neighborhood) it really can't be described as being located in a walkable community but it is within minutes by car to downtown and other fun attractions.
The space
This is a small yet cozy space. We do allow for 3 guests to be able to accommodate families with a child etc... but given the size, it really is best suited for 2 guests.
Guest access
Private gate entrance and the whole space is behind a 6-foot private fenced yard.
Other things to note
There is free off-street parking and a covered carport space right outside the unit. The carport space is a tight squeeze and if a guest is driving a truck or larger car may not fit and need to be parked on the street just down the driveway,.
