Our stylish two-bedroom is less than 2 miles from Broadway and MINUTES from everything else Nashville has to offer! It’s perfect for any couples, small groups, or business travelers looking to stay close to downtown! It features a great kitchen, dining/work area, comfortable sofa sleeper, full bathroom, and two private bedrooms! ** Please note, the fridge is mini sized.
Our 2 bedroom unit is part of a building with three other similar units. You will have a king sized bed in the master along with double bunks in the second bedroom. The living room has plenty of room to hang out and relax along with a kitchen to allow you to eat in if you choose! **We provide a queen size air mattress to reach the max sleeping arrangements for 8 people.

We provide off street parking along with plenty of on street free parking if you choose.
We have a keyless entry system which allows you to come and go with a code instead of a key.
We will not be at the property but are local and available at any time!
We are located just outside of downtown (1.5 miles) and to the west of Germantown. We are a very short drive to everything Nashville's downtown and Germantown have to offer!
Our unit is very centrally located. We are a very short uber/lyft ride to all of downtown and Nashville's best neighborhoods.
Do you have a group? Inquire about renting another unit in this building up to (4) total!
Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guests amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels

Property was clean and easy to get to. Property manager dealt wirh any issues quickly which was nice. My only complaint would be that there was only a mini fridge in the unit, not much room for anything in there. Beds were very comfortable, wifi kept cutting out but they did respond quickly to fix it
