Road trip to Nashville

We stayed at Downtown at the Gulch in Nashville and was extremely happy with the property. The townhouse was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the rooftop deck, garage, and location. We felt very safe. Easy walk to eateries and ice cream places at the Gulch. Would recommend staying here. We will definitely come back.

Short walk to the gulch area, rooftop overlooks nashville, very clean house and better than what we expected. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Property

This was a great property. Beds were incredibly comfortable, everything was clean and the bathrooms were wonderful! Our group of 6 women were incredibly comfortable and loved it. Would highly recommend!

The Condo was absolutely as beautiful as the pictures described. Location was just far enough off Broadway so it was quiet at night and easily accessible to the Gulch by foot. Perfect location between the Gulch and the Broadway strip.

Awesome house and an amazing view!!

This house was very nice! We had plenty of room and the view was amazing. We were very close to everything!! We walked everywhere during the day and ubered at night!

Nice property, loved the rooftop deck

Stayed with another couple and really enjoyed the property and rooftop deck. Property manager was very responsive. Loved having the tandem garage so we could park safely, forget the cars and use ride share all weekend.

Great place

Great place and close to many great restaurants and shops. It was clean and beds were comfy. Just a few things I thought this place needs to provide is silverware. I looked everywhere in the cabinets for the silver ware only to find out there wasn’t any for me to eat my breakfast, so bring your own plastic ware if you plan to eat while staying here.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay, great location, very clean. I would definitely say this is for adults only also lots of stairs, so be aware of that. Nice rooftop deck. We did have a little trouble locating it with Waze app. google was much better as far as getting into park.

The location was great and the property is beautiful. I wish the daybed that’s in the pictures was still in the condo but we made it work. The average Uber price to broadway was $7! We all had a great time!

Great weekend

Had a wonderful time. Beautiful home. The rooftop porch gave us some great views. Jeff was the best! He carried a grill up all those flight of stairs. Property management took great care of us when needed. We will definitely be back!

Stay at Gulch

We had a nice experience while staying there. The only complaint was across from our rental they parked there 3 cars outside and it was extremely hard to get into this narrow garage. We had to tell them to move the cars but at least 1 was always outside blocking our garage and making it extremely hard to get into the garage.

Great location, good communication with host, but not as comfortable as I would hope! Please consider shades that cover windows properly given proximity to other residences, and large windows! And coat hangers please!

Graduation Celebration

We booked this space to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. Location is close to downtown and easy to Uber to downtown. We loved the option to have a garage to park 2 cars. The condo was a comfortable home away from home. The host group were easy to communicate with. We would stay again.

Property was really nice. Microwave didn't work. Great location only about a 20/25 minute walk. Love the decor of the house. Like that it had two different styles of coffee pots. Was a good stay.
