1 Twin Cot
- If needed, usually stored in the closet of Bedroom 1 or Bedroom 2
- Sheets are already on; pillows & blankets are in the closets

Double decker rooftop! One deck off the 3rd floor & another off the rooftop! Spacious, comfortable & panoramic views of the downtown skyline! Plenty of lounge furniture to relax & enjoy yourself!

BACKYARD:
Two sets of corn hole for those who want to play!

All of our properties are professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathrooms, as well as extra blankets & pillows around the home. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

Check-out: 11:00 AM CST or before

We try our best to accommodate check-in/check-out times if you let me know prior to your trip.
