Fantastic spot for a weekend trip

We came for a swim meet right by Vanderbilt University. The location was convenient for us, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and gracious!! We had an amazing weekend, and will definitely be looking to rebook the next time we have a swim meet in Nashville. I can't recommend it more highly!!

We had an absolute blast. The house was perfect for what we needed, more than enough room for us to stretch out. We loved hanging out in the main room together and spent a lot of time on the porch swing when we werent out exploring Nashville. The vicinity to everything we wanted to do was great and so glad there was parking right in front of the house. Overall it was a fabulous stay and we loved every second of it!

Cut short.... no one was comfortable, too hot, not enough beds for 7 Adults. We booked 4 nights could only stay one. Owners were nice and accommodating but house was too crowded with 'stuff' for all of us.

Slept all of us very comfortably! Although almost every Uber driver told us it was a bad part of town. The neighborhood was super quiet and we had no issues getting to or leaving the city. A couple things need to be addressed around the home to make it better but comfortable home.

fine for the price

we had a two night stay.. easy uber to everything in nashville. house is very hot in the summer.. it was 90 degrees during our stay so certain rooms were warm for sleeping. overall it was significantly cheaper than staying downtown so it served its purpose. would book again
