GUEST RENTAL POLICY
Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you. Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We donβt ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We donβt like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.
Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.
Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.
BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

Very spacious and had everything we needed. Terrific location near Belmont, Vanderbuilt with a plethora of nearby, walkable restaurants. There is a little road noise, but nothing that kept us awake. Host was very responsive and helpful.
This property was perfect for our group of 4 coworkers to stay at while attending a conference. We were able to have the common area to work and collaborate during our breaks, but also sufficient space at night to sleep comfortably. The property was clean and well-cared for.
Great location for our family as our daughter lives close by and we were all in to run and cheer on family for the Rock N Roll Marathon. This building was on the course and super easy for us to cheer at mile 3 and 8. Bonus points for location proximity to both Vanderbilt and Belmont.
My daughter and I visited my son at Belmont. The location to the college and the downtown area is remarkable and convenient. Being within 2 miles of the Broadway area is idea; close enough yet far enough away for quiet. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-kept. The only possible complaint was no sugar for the coffee :) Everything else was wonderful.
We enjoyed our stay. Great location within walking distance to several restaurants. Quick and easy drive to downtown activities. The place was light and bright during the day. Easy parking.

This was a great property. We are 4 older adults enjoying a trip to Nashville to visit the Grand Ole Opry and the Hall of Fame. This Property is in a very nice neighborhood and easy commute or uber to everything. We walked to lunch (less than 10 min. walk) to a great Grilled Cheese restaurant.
We were in town to visit Belmont University, and check out the area. This home was great and made for easy walking to all locations. Really appreciated the offstreet parking and quick response of the host. The only thing we wished for was maybe better lighting in the living room/table area. Overall it was great!!
Our family came to Nashville for the Rock and Roll Marathon. This rental was perfect and right on the marathon course. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very clean and stocked well with everything we needed. Would only suggest that the beds listed in the common area be clear that includes a blow up air mattress. Was perfectly fine for our kids, but if all guests were adults, would have been disappointed in that. Otherwise all 5 stars! Thanks for a great stay.
The property was perfect for two couples. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The location worked great. We were able to walk to many places and it was an easy Uber to anywhere else. This was our first trip to Nashville and we would stay at this property again!
This apartment is well worth the stay. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. It is so bright and roomy. Very convenient short walk to shops and restaurants. Would gladly recommend this property to anyone.
