"Country inn style hotel with amazingly friendly staff The owner was so keen to help and really wanted you to have a good time Great view of Fuji Few restaurants near by and driving distance to the local attractions. Hotel is being renovated so some areas are newer than others but all very clean. Onsen was great particularly out door one."

"The location and the facilities were definitely unique, being at the base of Mt. Fuji, Japan. We had breakfast one day and dinner another day. While dinner was great ( the grill), the Japanese breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Food was really little, there a slice of salmon that would not be enough for a sashimi, and no sausages as expected. Apart from the under par breakfast, everything else was definitely nice"

"The staff was very helpful and cheerful. Food was excellent service was impeccable. The onsen was clean and serene. Took a very cool bike ride around the lake. Saw a real live deer. In the morning, Mount Fuji looked awesome. The views are unbelievable."

"Very friendly staff with warm atmosphere - even when you do not have any ideas to enjoy your stay at that area, you will get better suggestions from them. One thing to keep in your mind - wish to have better weather during your stay!"
