"1) Very nice building and clean room. 2) Hotel location is not too good, no restaurants or shops nearby, however, you can walk about 20 minutes to get to Lalaport shopping centre or you can take local bus as well. 3) To go to Kashiwa city centre you need to take bus route #1 and cost ¥300 each way. 4) Breakfast was okay, not too much choice to choose from. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with reasonable prices."

"Right from the start everything was easy. The shuttle at the airport was fast to find and took us right there. Check in was super fast. Having a family Mart convenience store in the lobby was amazing. Honestly honestly, it was part of why we chose this hotel. We knew jet leg would be hard.
