"Wow this Hotel has so many beautiful views both outdoors & indoors it was a perfect stay. We enjoyed 5pm Happy Hour at the Bar-lounge, the garden view while having drinks was exceptional too. The dinner buffet was perfect & also an exceptional Japanese breakfast buffet! There was a Japanese conbini 7-Eleven beside the lobby & waiting area with plenty of drinks & snacks, and staff also makes helpful announcements prior to shuttle arrival."

"Pool is so old and smell so bad same with jacuzzi and the shower the towel are small and not very clean Is so old. You need to pay extra to go to the other jacuzzi area is clean and up today "

"This is a super convenient capsule hotel you can stay in at Narita Airport and it’s perfect if you have an early morning flight the next day. It’s about as nice as it gets for a capsule hotel and I’d highly recommend for those passing through via Narita Airport."

"Very nice first impression for Japan. The bus from the airport was on time and there were plenty of staff to welcome and checkin. Our room faced the airport but there was no noise. There are 3 restaurants and a very good convenience store. You can’t walk safely in the area because there are no sidewalks but it’s perfect for transiting through Narita. "
