"The hot tub was cold I slipped in the"

"When I got to my room, the TV was on but there was no remote anywhere. I looked all over and couldn’t find it. The TV was too bright to sleep with So Around 10:30 p.m, I had to call the front desk. A man barged right into my room to search for the remote… I was alone in my pyjamas. Even though I kept saying I had already looked everywhere, he continued going through the room and my things. It made me really uncomfortable. Finally to get him out I ended up suggesting we just grab a remote from another room. I reached out to management but they think this is acceptable behaviour."

"Hotel is a bit older but it was clean and comfortable. Great location and spacious room with kitchenette. Beds were made and bathroom was restocked everyday. Would stay again !"

"I booked this motel because it had a decent rating and seeing that it had been renovated to vinyl flooring. That was great except the floors were dirty (with dead insects and dirt) when we arrived. They day they came in to freshen up the room, the floors were neglected to be swept or vacuumed. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but the floors bothered me."

"It was a great trip. So happy we went there. Room was great and had everything we needed. Pool, hot tub and bird sanctuary was enjoyable. Nice that it is a quiet area. You can walk along the lake front quite aways thru different waterfront parks. Shaughnessy Cove was great to eat at next door as well as the hotel restaurant. Already planning to go back in the fall."
