Staff were amazing! While hotel is relatively new, room is very minimalistic, finishings are not great especially in the bathroom. In room amenities were poor in regard to quality of coffee, no proper glasses or coffee mugs. Towels were also of a poor quality. Room was clean however and Palmer for dinner was fantastic!

The hotel was good, check in was easy, the room wasn’t super clean, housekeeping didn’t do a great job of servicing the room but the frustrating part was the roof top bar wasn’t open (which I totally understand due to fires) but I wish they had mentioned it at check in as it was a main reason for booking this spot.

The hotel is relatively new and therefore clean and well maintained. However it’s no frills accommodation, the indoor pool, restaurant and exercise room are pretty basic. For the most part the rooms are quiet with some late evening noise in the hallway. Ample outdoor at grade parking and the hotel is just a few blocks from the lake.

This is a wonderful, clean and very well run hotel. I have stayed here before and the service and facilities are fantastic. The restaurant Has great food and it is particularly nice and comfortable to enjoy even as a woman travelling alone. The coffee bar in the lobby is great (free every morning) and the gym has a good selection of workout equipment. The rooms are well appointed and also clean. Thank you Four Points Sheraton!
