Rooms are nice, breakfast staff is very kind. Front desk was incredibly unwelcoming, but more than anything this hotel is in a VERY bad area. For a four star hotel, I’d expect to feel safe, however, this area is known for theft, pickpocketing, mugging etc. Would strongly suggest staying somewhere else as this really interrupted our stay.
