Was a little unsure at first the entrance is in an alley and you don’t meet the host til you get to the top floor the rooms are on, staff was very friendly, helpful, and kind, room was clean, great shower, good view, lastly great working AC.

Great location for walking around Naples and taking the ferry to Capri or Sorrento. We accidentally went there on a holiday and traffic was pretty busy but normal and easy when we left. We highly recommend this hotel!

The view was stunning! We had a whole wall in our hotel room that is just a window from floor to ceiling! It is such a stunning view of Napoli. The room is upgraded and beautiful. The staff are so welcoming, happy and helpful. Prior to arriving, I was able to ask questions with prompt responses even on the day of arrival such as leaving our luggage if we arrived early (which you can do) and checking out early to Herculaneum and leaving our luggage there until we can come back to pick up (which you can also do). When arriving in Napoli, it was very easy to get on the metro and then walk to the property. The location is a very close walk to many of the tourist spots which is super convenient especially as the metro is 5 minute walk away. We felt safe walking around as there are many people out and about enjoying the city. Everyone at the hotel was welcoming, kind, and accommodating. They were very friendly and approachable. Finding the hotel was very easy. The city is very lively at night, if you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best location for you as there are lots of restaurants near by and the locations is by a main road where cars may be honking. The hotel can't do much about the noise but I will say, that is part of the charm of this city. The outside balcony has a beautiful view so we were able to come back to our hotel to enjoy the sunset. The room had snacks and drinks in the fridge cold for you but you also have to pay for them.

Tolle Suite mit Spa ĂŒber den DĂ€chern von Napoli. Sehr guter und freundlicher Service, aber etwas schwierig zu finden, da kein Schild am Eingang. Das Personal kontaktierte uns jedoch bereits einige Tage vorher, wie das Hotel zu finden ist. Die Lage ist top und das Zimmer sehr ruhig und super ausgestattet.

TrĂšs gros problĂšme d'insonorisation

Points positifs : La chambre est belle, propre, bien dĂ©corĂ©e. Le lit est confortable. L'hĂŽtel est idĂ©alement situĂ©, proche du mĂ©tro, au dessus d'une petite place trĂšs sympathique. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est simple mais de qualitĂ©. L'accueil est agrĂ©able et efficace. Petits points d'amĂ©lioration : Il n'y a pas de panneau indiquant l'hĂŽtel quand on arrive. La douche Ă  l'italienne a tendance Ă  inonder la salle de bain mĂȘme Ă  faible dĂ©bit. Il n'y a rien pour Ă©tendre les serviettes. Il n'y a pas de prises des deux cĂŽtĂ©s du lit. L'isolation sonore vers l'extĂ©rieur est mĂ©diocre. Point nĂ©gatif : L'isolation sonore intĂ©rieure est catastrophique. La chambre 803 n'est pas sĂ©parĂ©e de la chambre contiguĂ« par une cloison mais par un simple panneau de bois coulissant. C'est donc quasiment une chambre commune avec la chambre d'Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Si les voisins sont respectueux, ce n'est pas trĂšs gĂȘnant. Si comme les nĂŽtres, ils arrivent ivres morts Ă  3h du matin, n'arrivent pas Ă  ouvrir la porte, parlent trĂšs fort au tĂ©lĂ©phone, finissent par enfin ouvrir la porte, se douchent longuement, ont des relations intimes bruyantes, hurlent de nouveau au tĂ©lĂ©phone etc. : vous ĂȘtes bons pour ne pas dormir de la nuit car c'est comme si cela se dĂ©roulait dans votre chambre. La rĂ©ception Ă©tant fermĂ©e la nuit, il n'y a personne pour rĂ©agir et mettre fin au tapage. Cette ambiance auberge de jeunesse empĂȘche cet hĂŽtel d'ĂȘtre Ă  la hauteur de son standing et Ă©clipse malheureusement tout ses autres points positifs.
