Luxurious Lakeview Coach Home in Award Winning Fiddler's Creek

This luxurious Coach Home is located in the prestigious Fiddler’s Creek community in Varenna Village. This condo is located on the second floor and has a beautiful view from the master bedroom and lanai overlooking the lake. It offers 3029 sq ft in living space with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two car garage, laundry room, and wifi throughout. This coach home sleeps 8-10 people comfortably. It is decorated with newly updated furnishings, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. It shares a community pool that is absolutely stunning. For an additional fee there is also an option to join the award winning Club & Spa at Fiddler's Creek.

The large screened in lanai overlooks a lake and has table seating for six people ready to enjoy a sunset meal. You can also relax on a lounge chair while sipping your morning coffee.

The kitchen has a table that seats four and a breakfast bar that seats three. Connected to the kitchen is a casual dining room that will accommodate eight.

The large family room includes plenty of seating to entertain family and friends. It is beautifully decorated with a queen sofa bed, love seat, chair, and ottoman. The large flat screen TV has a DVD/Blue ray player that allows you to connect to Netflix or Hulu. There is also a separate sitting area that accommodates four people.

The Master Suite has a contemporary king size bed. The master bath has two separate granite sinks, a large shower,and a large soaking tub.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and television. It has a full bathroom that is connected by the bedroom and another door that leads to the common area.

The third bedroom has two double beds giving a special place for teen and children. This bedroom has a SMART TV and a private bathroom with a walk in shower.

The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed and television.

Some information about ‘Fiddler’s Creek’
Fiddler’s Creek is a private, master-planned residential community located between Marco Island and The City of Naples. It offers unsurpassed elegance amongst a tropical setting with impeccable luxury residences.

For an extra cost renters may enjoy the The Club & Spa at Fiddlers Creek. It is a 54,000 square foot a tropical oasis overlooking the nature preserve and lake. Lagoon style pools are surrounded by lush waterfalls and offers swimming experiences for all ages with tot lot and pool for children, lap lanes, waterfalls and water slides, gazebo shaded whirlpool spa. You also can enjoy the fitness facilities, tennis courts and the spa. Food and beverage will be served at the pool or at the Gator Grill and for fine dining you can enjoy Caxambas.

Additional information: The HOA (Cardinal Management) requires renters to be approved through an online application process. They charge an application fee, refundable deposit, and background check fee. Those are subject to change per the HOA.

Fiddlers Stay

Fantastic property

We loved our vacation in Fiddler’s Creek . Very clean and well kept. Pride of ownership. Loads of towels and sheets and a well appointed kitchen. The Club House and pool was beautiful. All in all a great place. We will return

Fiddler’s Creek delight

We connected with Kristen and her wonderful property at a late time due to unexpected cancellations and we are incredibly fortunate for it. Kristen was always very prompt and helpful in making our stay as smooth as possible. Her home is large and very well equipped. The community of Varenna in Fiddler’s Creek is also very friendly. We were sorry that we couldn’t stay longer. We’ll treasure the sunset views from the lanai for a long time!

Spacious Naples home

Host Kristen was great. She was quick to contact us on the first day and answer all our questions . The house is very spacious, with lots of beds which are very comfortable. There is a beautiful view over a lake from a large lanai with dining table. Fiddlers Creek community is magnificently landscaped and has a a central pool with waterfalls and waterslides that the kids loved. There is also a community pool nearby, also a good size. Everything went smoothly. We were very happy staying at this location.

So pleased . . . All the way around!

Everything about this beautiful condo was top notch. From the tastefully decorated yet comfortable rooms to the large well equipped kitchen it was all, well, just perfect. Fiddler’s Creek proved to be a terrific place to stay allowing us the use of a great pool, gated community and easy access to shops, grocery stores and fabulous restaurants. Try “The Little Bar,” “Mango’s Dockside Bistro,” and of course “Hoots” for a yummy breakfast. All the way around this gorgeous condo in this lovely community rewarded us with one truly fabulous, fun and fine trip!!

Beautiful, spacious home

My wife and I had a fantastic stay! The home was very clean, comfortable furniture, and plenty of room. With four bedrooms and three baths there was plenty of room when our kids came down for a visit. The owner was always responsive and easy to deal with. Fiddler's Creek has great amenities and we took advantage of them all: Pickleball, tennis, spa, use of resort style pool and fantastic meals at both restaurants. The home is in a sub-community called Vanetta that has a breath-taking fountain that you drive/walk by each day.

Completely satisfied.

We stayed the month of March. The coach home was exactly as advertised. The home was beautifully furnished. Quality furnishings and linens. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dinnerware and cooking utensils we needed. Very clean and very quiet area. Kristen was very easy to work with and she was always available if we had a question. Definitely would recommend renting her home to family and friends.

July in Naples

This condo in Fiddler's Creek, Naples Florida was the nicest, cleanest unit I have yet to stay in vacationing anywhere. There is plenty of room to lounge, and a lovely additional area to dine. The master bedroom is huge with a generous size master bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. The decor is very natural and relaxing. The Fiddler's Creek pool is like a mini water park with excellent service and the restaurant offers generous delicious choices. A must stay...will be booking again!

January in Naples

This unit is both aesthetically beautiful and stocked with everything one would want in a unit they were renting. Clean, relaxing color scheme, and spacious are some of the adjectives I would use to describe it. I will definitely be renting this unit again. It truly was the most beautiful unit I have rented in Florida. The club is an added bonus.
