This place is fantastic. Single-family vacation pool home is located in one of the best locations in Naples. It's the owner's residence and done right. Completely new baths, kitchen and high-end Kitchenaid appliances, New flat-screen TVs. Great living area inside and out. Fantastic artwork, a brand-new travertine pool deck, and more!

Both bathrooms were just completely redone.

From the moment you walk into the home, you will feel like you are on vacation! This open-concept home features a funky and eclectic mix of mid-century modern, the 1960s, and Florida contemporary styles to create a lovely and comfortable home! The split bedroom layout features the main bedroom with a King bed with an attached newly renovated bathroom on the right side of the home and two additional bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and a second newly renovated full-sized bathroom on the left side of the home.

The kitchen was completely redone with the concept of having fun and enjoying spending time together as a family and friends. As such, there is a fun vintage dining set and china cabinet set alongside an original canvas that has bright and fun colors which is a real showpiece! There is a flowing countertop with a large island and you'll notice the lack of upper cabinets and a traditional/freezer - this was purposefully done to take advantage of the natural light coming from behind the kitchen and to create an open concept. Additional appliances including a built-in lower cabinet height and width fridge, a beverage fridge, and an icemaker, are all seamlessly built into the lower cabinets.

The pool and pool deck are the main features of the outside of the home. Both of these were completely resurfaced in 2022 with all-new smooth travertine tile which does not get hot to the touch making it comfortable to walk barefoot around the pool! There is a 4-top table with an umbrella, outside flat-screen TV and chairs as well as 4 oversized chaise lounges with an umbrella on the pool deck. Guests can use the gas grill which is cleaned in between each of our guests.

All of the TVs in the home are smart TVs and guests can easily connect to their streaming service of choice -please note Cable is not part of the TV package but high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. There is a full-sized front-loading washer and dryer inside the garage for guests' use. The garage is not available for guest parking but the driveway is spacious. The kitchen does not have a freezer - there is a freezer in the garage that can be used upon request.

The nearest public beach is Lowdermilk Park and there are many beach parking spaces all along Gulf Shore Blvd N at the end of every road. Some of our favorite local restaurants near the home include Dylan's Drafthouse and Whiskey Park which have great live music frequently, Sandy's Cuban Cafe all of which are a 10-minute walk from the home and Michelbob's BBQ is a quick 5-minute drive.

Guest Access:

Guests can access all parts of the home with the exception of the owner's closet and cleaning closet which is locked and we ask guests not to use the garage with the exception of the laundry facilities.

Other Things to Note:

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is 30 miles from the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.
