"It's was a great experience from the first step in the door I was greeted with a warm welcome front desk was very professional I high recommend this particular hotel pool is kinda small but its goes up to six feet they also have a exercise room and breakfast was standard waffle eggs and sausage cereal fruit juice water and coffee I will be stay here again when I return to Naples soon"
"We checked in late at night and were told that our carpets may be wet because they had just shampooed. We entered the room and the carpets were in fact, soaking wet. Even into the next day, they were still soaking wet the next day so we had to ask for another room."
"“We stayed there for three nights. Since we arrived, the elevator was not working, so we had to use the stairs with all our luggage—five pieces—up to the third floor. The elevator was never fixed during our stay. On top of that, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Overall, very disappointing service"

"Really nice stay. Nice staff. Loved the tiki bar. The chicken wings were great! Loved the soft music at night in the pool area. Rooms were spacious, well mantained and clean. Very short drive to the beach and 5th avenue for local restaurantes and store. Had a great time with family there!"
