We stayed one day and one night. I guess I got what I paid. Hotel located in not a beautiful area, however there were tourists around. Front desk not too kind but acceptable.

The hotel shouldn't be a 3 star. The toilet flush button in our room was missing and we had to pull a lever in the wall. One of the shower doors had a full thickness crack in it, meaning that water leaked on to the floor. There was no toilet seat. The door to the room only stayed closed if it was locked. The receptionist who checked us in was abrupt. The hotel was noisy, with talking and footfall during the night, this was amplified because there were no carpets to soften the noise on the corridors. The cleaning staff were pleasant and efficient. The included breakfast, from the cafe next door, was simple and good (a hot drink and a croissant of bioche bun). The cafe staff were pleasant and efficient. We did find that this was a good place to explore the old town of Naples.

Close to a lot , basic, not for wheelchairs

This place needs to be listed as NOT wheelchair friendly.. staff helped lift my son up and down the 2 steps at entry but the lift that is listed in description is so tiny I would have to sit my son on a chair next to the lift… dismantle the wheelchair trashed it up stairs reassemble, go back down hold him standing up and walk him back into the chair…. No way to get into the showers as the toilet is right in front of the entry space …awkward even for me. The very basic breakfast is down 40 or more steps in the basement… so I had to bring it to the room on a tray… 10 mins walk to the station trying to navigate the pavers.. less time if your just walking. Close to lots of cafe ,restaurants… rather noisy at night. Bed comfortable but not the chunky pillows.

Tjelobby is great and it looks inviting. Cannot comment anything about the breakfast because we never availed of it -personal choice. The room was clean in respect of the bed and sheets and the bathroom was daily cleaned also however the shower wall was very dirty (see pictures) and the walls of the room were also cover in dirt marks and there were holes over the bed headrest. The hair dryer did not work. There was no bulb in one of the night tables wall lamps. Dust and cigarrete burnt furniture, very ran down. We were given a room facing the interior patio so it was dark and every night there was a whirring sound, maybe from other aircons fans or from the kitchens. Then comong 6:30-7am the cleaners would start shouting, or talking loudly over their phones and xallong each other. I appreciate they want to do their work quicky and thismight be their strategy for waking up people but we are in holidays and would like to sleep in a little bit if needed after visitimg places and walking around all day. The pros: aircon was good, shower with good water pressure, and the area is super con enient being so close to the metro and train starion ans the bus stop to the airport. Do not be fooled by the surroundings, totally safe place. But this establishment is not a 3 star. One max

Wir kamen gegen 17:00 Uhr am Hotel an. An der Rezeption wurde uns dann gesagt, dass unser gebuchtes Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei (Check in 14:00 Uhr!). Sofern wir nicht warten möchten, könne man uns nur ein anderes Zimmer anbieten. Wir waren sehr müde und willigten daher ein. Duschen war nur kalt möglich und das frühstücken im benachbarten Cafe war begleitet von unfreundlichem Service und unzureichender Auswahl. Auf Anfrage war nur alter Toast da usw.

quartiere poco sicuro che paga così la comoda prossimità alla stazione centrale. Reception sorvegliata anche in tarda notte. Colazione al bar, con buffet di soli prodotti confezionati (biscotti, pane e marmellata) oltre ad una brioche a scelta dal bar. La stanza dotata di una finestra con affaccio interno, completamente buia. La camera è dotata di un frigo, bollitore e ferro da stiro. Manca una lampadina. Bagno curato ma non finestrato. Pulizia della camera effettuata tutti i giorni, ma dopo la quale è sparita la tenda della finestra che era comunque inutile vista l’assenza di luce naturale nella camera e la presenza della serranda.

The washroom smelled like urine and it looked like it was not cleaned after the last guests were there. Old urine on the floor noted. Informed concierge twice but nothing was done. Also the wifi is not working.

VFM hotel close to Napoli Centrale

For people looking for a private room close to Naples Central Station this hotel is the definition fir VFM. It is definitely worth its (low) price (+) Clean bedsheets and towels and clean bathroom, convenient location (though a little of bit shabby as the whole Napoli Centrale area), very good price, helpful atuff (-) The room is old, needs some painting and renovation( though this way the prices will become more expensive for sure) PS didnt try the breakfast due to very early check out

Buona posizione per visitare Napoli

Con un'altra coppia di amici, abbiamo prenotato due camere matrimoniali per tre notti, visto il prezzo molto conveniente e la posizione strategica. Nei giorni a seguire guardando le recensioni molto negative (ambienti sporchi, mobili rotti, bagni fatiscenti ecc.) e avendo prenotato - non rimborsabile - molto preoccupati abbiamo deciso di andare ugualmente con l'opzione che se le recensioni erano veritiere, avremmo provveduto a cambiare albergo anche perdendoci i soldi già versati. Il chek in previsto per le ore 14.... siamo arrivati alle 12:45 circa, all'entrata l'hotel si è mostrato carino anche se alla reception molto fiscali, ci hanno consentito solo di lasciare i bagagli, così abbiamo proseguito la ns visita di Napoli, sempre con il pensiero di come fossero le camere. Ritornati alle 18 in hotel, ci vengono assegnate le camere e con piacevole sorpresa possiamo dire che le molteplici recensioni negative per fortuna non erano veritiere, camera pulita e in ordine, bagno pulito con tutto il kit di cortesia che cambiavano ogni giorno. Uniche note negative ma sopportabili, camere un po' rumorose vista la presenza di grande strada; colazione povera e senza prodotti della pasticceria napoletana, nei giorni a seguire andavamo fuori; mancanza del tappetino fuori dalla doccia.
