This studio includes:
- A sleeping area with a trundle bed that extends from 80x200 cm to 160x200 cm, allowing you to adjust the space to your needs.
- A functional bathroom, perfect for short or medium stays.
- A fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals with ease.

You will also find a Tassimo coffee machine, an iron, and a pleasant balcony for relaxing. The apartment does not have Wi-Fi. Paid street parking is available, and a public parking lot is nearby.

Bed linens and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee. Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay to ensure a clean and comfortable space.

You will be just a 20-minute walk from the train station and the Jardin des Plantes, perfect for a stroll in the heart of nature. In 10 minutes, you can reach the banks of the Erdre River for a relaxing walk along the water. The Saint-Donatien neighborhood, with its small shops, is only a 5-minute walk away. The Château des Ducs de Bretagne is accessible in 30 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by bus, while Île de Versailles is a 20-minute walk. For cultural evenings, Le Grand T theater is located right across the street.

Keys are handed over in person. For arrivals after 10 PM, an additional fee of €15 per hour will be charged, payable on site.
