The Staff was so helpful and friendly. They brought the plugs I needed for my machines and an iron for my poster presentation. It was very close to the convention center and easy to walk to sites such as the residence of the Duke and the botanical garden and the iconic Lu factory and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious as the eggs were nicely cooked and good breads and cheeses and prosciutto as well as fruits and cereals. English tv options were minimal.

I would love to keep this gem of a hotel a secret but it’s way too good not to share. From the moment we entered, the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The hotel smells so clean and fresh and has a lovely sophistication about it. We sat on the outdoor terrace and enjoyed a lovely coffee. The candy jars were a nice touch too. Room was lovely, spotless and had a great shower. Towels were huge!! Special mention to David who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. I hope the hotel can maintain their high standards and great value. The outstanding attitude of the staff makes this a stand out choice.
