Cocoonr agency is pleased to offer this 48 m² apartment for rent on the 4th floor (with elevator) in Nantes, France. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment comprises a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Bed linen, towels and wifi included - we're waiting for you!

- Living room with sofa, TV and dining area for 4 people.

We have got clear instructions on where to drive in, and met the host (Florence) at the garage gate. She has clearly explained (in good English) how and where to park the car, showed the apartment, how to use what in the kitchen, etc. This was a concise and pleasant conversation. Wifi was also good. 🙁 Some kitchen utensils could be replaced by newer ones, sometimes smell/weak ventilation in the WC room. The owners should start slowly thinking about refreshing the apartment. The place in the garage is not easy to drive out. The lift in the building did not work all weekdays (except that it fortunately worked when we arrived)."

There's a small kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a room and, in the French style, the WC and the shower in separate pieces. There's a parking place in the building, enough for an average car (a big SUV owner might have a hard time parking there). Surprisingly silent, despite being near the Railway Station. In a 20 minutes walk you can get to Duchess Ann Castle, crossing a bridge over the rails, or the the Botanical Garden, crossing the station itself. Bus stop by the door, and public transport is free in the weekend."
