"Room is clean and roomy. Staff is very helpful with excellent service. Breakfast was good. The only thing is the shower and rest room are open so there’s no privacy when traveling with friends."

Their service stuff can be forgetful. Less helpful . No proper introduction even when mentioned first time visit to the hotel and restaurant. But I do like the food selections"

"Poor communication, but they do try but they need to be more professional attitude towards to the customer. A couple days okay to stay. But better not asking specific question or request. And do not feel bad if they don’t reply or cut off, they just don’t understand what you saying Interesting, after couple staying hotel…. I think here is like a standard; I’m not so used to it but I won’t visit again"
