Situated on 1/3 of an acre in beautiful Rural Errington. This lovely area is great for indoor and outdoor spaces, this space offers both peaceful quiet mornings and evenings , along with the daily rural sounds. Located15 minutes driving from a number of attractions, like Englishman River Provincial Park, Parksville Beach and Goats on the roof in Coombs. On Saturdays from May to October you'll find a Farmers Market across the street filled with home made baking ,plants and creative crafts. The live music is sure to please all. World renown Cathedral Grove is only 25 minutes driving, and is well worth the stop. Owner lives on property in private home behind the rental. The rental is completely separate. It's own home.
