"I loved our family room with the loft; very clean and cozy and we had our own balcony with a beautiful view of the tea plantation. The hot pot restaurant was amazing with delicious fresh veggies and was a lovely way to end the day after hiking in the misty forest. My only reservation would be for elderly travelers as there are stairs and some steep pathways- they would need some assistance with luggage and walking....
